Barbara and her beautiful, kind, understanding, loving soul has changed my life. Since I started sessions with her a few months ago she has changed my life for the better in many ways. Helping both with my Epilepsy in working to control my seizures with CBT to also helping heal past traumas and working through any challenges I bring her way. I have been to other therapists in the past but nothing has come close to the experience I have each session with Barbara. I am thankful for her each and every day and continuously look forward to seeing her at every session. If you are looking for a therapist I couldn’t recommend anyone more!
